I am so glad about the victory over bureaucracy, though I'm sorry it took so long.

It was nuts! This is the same bureaucracy that necessitated the damn near Christmas miracle of Christmas Eve. [personal profile] spatch had all his paperwork in before New Year's. We're not sure what the DUA did with it till now.
