There's clearly nothing for it, I'm going to either have to watch the run of Voyager (if I'm going to indulge my inner completist during a pandemic when there is not a lot to do) or at least pick out the gems.

Any chance at all I could tempt you to sell me reprint to this review rights for my 'zine? Space opera reflecting on and worrying at bigger themes is very much the sort of thing I want to include. (Malka Older is noodling on an original piece for me looking at an episode of She-Ra, partially through the lens of disaster planning and/or improvisation.)

Oh, on a wild tangent, I don't know if you like short films, but I've had a great time so far with that track at virtual Sundance which started last night, and the pass that gets one access to the 50 shorts they've programed is reasonably affordable. Obviously not the same thing as watching a shorts block at the Somerville during IFFBoston and responding to the film in sync with other enthusiasts, and getting to do a live Q&A with the filmmakers. But still nice to have a chance to see intense, often daring work.
