I remembered “The Black Wedding” as the title of a Singer story, but this seems to be an entirely different thing—

I'm not sure. The point of holding the wedding in the cemetery seems to be to summon the assistance of the dead, which doesn't strike me as the same kind of deliberate infringement of taboo (if the incest is an intended outcome of the disaster orgy). The living are still being married to the living, not the dead.
