Blame Connecticut. It's Connecticut's fault. We drive so fast in this state in the vain hope that we can spend waste as little of our lives on its roads as possible.

And we're full of drivers from Rhode Island and Massachusetts, who, at one time, were worse than us, though that is now in dispute.
