I’ve never watched Rollerball, so I only knew Richardson was in it because of the tv interview where he’s supposed to be promoting the film but would much rather plug THE NATIONAL THEATRE.

Oh, my God, I don't think I even noticed that was what he was supposed to be doing. Now I want to watch it again. My primary takeaway from that interview was, indeed, THE NATIONAL THEATRE.

(And him saying of his face that he'd seen better-looking hot cross buns, because I understand it and he's wrong and I've been using the same logic on my own self-image since.)
